Images/Media Uploads:
Listings require at least one mandatory upload of an image. You can add remote images, watermarks, and include embedded codes for external videos.
Custom Start & End Times:
Schedule sales that fit into your busy daily life. By taking note of previous customer behavior you can create flash auctions and sales during high traffic periods.
Digital Downloads:
You can create a folder for storing digital downloads. You can also set the maximum number and size of downloadable files. Files are automatically available once a payment is made. Any direct payment method will activate the digital download(s) associated with it.
Make Offer:
When allowing offers, you can set the listing price and the accepted price range. Offers can be accepted, rejected or negotiated. You can haggle to your heart's content as both sellers and buyers can go back-and-forth until agreeing on a final price.
Relisting:
Automatic relist of expired items. You can set the maximum number of relists and select a relisting method: New – old listings will be marked as deleted; Same – relisting an expired listing, but deleting all its previous bids or sales.
Sign Up Confirmation:
Increasing your safety by automatically validating new accounts. All new accounts require a confirmation activation via e-mail.
Verified Accounts:
After completing the registration process all users have the option to verify their accounts at anytime and obtain a "Verified Account" status. A yearly "Verification Fee" is required and the collection of additional personal details. When activated, a user's account displays that they're a "Verified Account". This provides an extra layer of trust that a buyer or seller is a serious site member.
Messaging:
Efficient communication for everyone! All users can contact sellers and/or buyers before and after a purchase through the site.
The site will send, by default, regular email notifications concerning bids, sales, etc. You can also email listings to anyone you like.
Improper seller/buyer behavior can be reported via e-mail or by completing a form.
Reputation:
You can find, by looking at their star rating, sellers/buyers that provide excellent customer service or behavior. Moreover, before making a purchase, buyers can browse a seller’s complete transaction and review their history.
Classifieds:
A quick and easy way to get a customer's attention. Sell any item with a classified ad. Just a single setup fee for an item. You simply write a description, add a picture or a video, and post the ad on the site. In addition, buyers can get in touch with sellers via the internal site messaging service.
Shipping:
You can choose between flat or item based rates, and choose from a variety of shipping carriers. Before completing a purchase, buyers can see estimated shipping costs.
You can also create custom location groups that have different shipping rates. Sellers can also update shipping and payment info from the My Sales option.
Taxation:
You can add taxes to listings, including location-based taxes displayed in the listing page. Invoices always show the tax name and its value in a distinct column.
Combine Invoices:
For a smooth shopping experience, both sellers and buyers can combine invoices. The feature allows bringing together, in a couple of clicks, all unpaid items from the same seller in one invoice.
Sellers can create discount vouchers for a specific amount or percentage off an item. Make your own unique codes, duration and more!
Social Media:
You can link your social media accounts to your page/profile or store. Don't forget to visit us on our social media!
